Salary Range : 3000 – 3333.33 USD /Month Job Location : Suzhou Job Type : Full Time Work Experience : ≥2 year(s) Job DescriptionAbout Recruiter EAP Teacher Location: Suzhou, Starting date: Sept 01, 2026 ESSENTIAL: TOEFL (Primarily Speaking) General English (all 4 skills) to Chinese high-school students (Senior Year 1-3) English for Academic Purposes (EAP) on a university preparation course (Speaking, Writing, Presentation Skills) – Requirements: 1. Native English speaker, fair skin ,have TEFL/CELTA/TESOL or equivalent certificate. 2. Bachelor degree or above in field related to Education or English language. 3. Be familiar with English course contents, key points and difficulties of Chinese students. 4. Have more than 2 years teaching experiences. Teaching experiences of pre-university students is preferable. 5. Good communication and learning skills with outgoing and patient personality. 6. Has strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and in a team. – Responsibilities: 1.Execute teaching in accordance with overseas syllabi. Design lessons in line with syllabus. 2.Apart from the appointed teaching material, enrich supporting teaching material for filing, amplify test banks. Create or enrich existing Schemes of Work. 3.Make analysis of the past exam papers and guide students to prepare the exam, to ensure the overall passing rates. 4.Give regular assignments to students, mark the assignments timely and provide feedback. 5.Assess students on regular basis, keep main stakeholders regularly appraised of students’ progress. 6.Manage and motivate students to learn and improve. Engage and control students during lessons. 7.Assist Center Academic Principal with testing and marking, audit exam results and recording. 8.Timely provide Center Academic Principal with students’ recent academic performance and behavior. 9.Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and to learn and improve own teaching skills. 10.Work closely with other teacher and academic admin staff to manage the students. Co-operate with other English and subject teachers to ensure overall progress of all students. 11.Actively support school activities. Show maturity, fairness and positive attitude in teaching. 12.Follow and correctly apply established marking criteria (for Speaking and Writing). Remuneration packages: We offer a very attractive package which includes salary ranging from RMB18, 000/ month to RMB20,000/ month before tax, including housing allowance. Additionally, luggage allowance up to RMB2,000 at first year and settling-in allowance up to RMB2,000 at first year. Transportation allowance up to RMB10,000 per year, health insurance and paid leave (8 weeks paid leave every year for Winter and Summer holiday.) Contracts: One-year renewable Working hours: 24 teaching hours at most every week with 8 office hours every day.
