Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, Literature, or a related field. 2.Valid teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent). 3.Minimum 2 years of high school ESL teaching experience; international school experience is preferred. 4.Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB, AP, A-Level) is an advantage. 5.Excellent classroom management and organizational skills. 6.Proficient in using educational technology and multimedia tools. 7.Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills; creative, adaptable, and team-oriented. 8.Preferred: Master’s degree, IB/AP teaching certification, teaching experience in China/Asia, basic Mandarin skills, or experience coaching international competitions.
