The Program & Your Role
Our core programs provid e comprehensive language
instruction to approximately 750 first and second-year
students.

The first-year curriculum is an int ensive English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program, while the secon d year
focuses on English for Occupational Purposes (EOP), covering employability, leadership, i ntercultural communication,
entrepreneurship, and corporate field research.

Beyond core teaching, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor approximately 270 students preparing for
prestigious competitio ns and contribute to specialized courses supporting China’s “Double First Class” academic initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
· Teaching English for Academic Purposes (E AP) and English for Occupational Purposes (E OP) courses.

· Contributing to curriculum development, st udent assessment, and program enhancement.

· Providing dedicated, written and verbal feedback t o foster student growth.

· Mentoring students f or public speaking, debate, and skills competitions.

· Actively participating in departmental and extracurricular activities to support student skill development and
community.

Qualifications & Requirements
Eligibility: Due to Chinese v isa regulations, we can only secure work permits for nationals of the following countries : Canada , the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, and South
Africa.

Mandatory Requirements for Application:
· Education: A Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English, Education, Busin ess, Communications, or a closely related field.

· Certification: A TEFL/TESOL/ CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours).

· Experience: A minimum of two years of teaching experience at the university or adult level.

Essential Skills:
· Exceptional interpersonal, cross-cultural c ommunication, and student engagement sk ills.

· Proven ability to work effectively wit hin a collaborative, interdisciplinary teaching team.

· Strong academic writing and student fee dback skills.
