Reporting to and supporting the HR Advisor, this role will contribute to the delivery of a proactive and efficient HR service and will be the first point of contact for staff and managers in assigned areas. The ideal candidate will be an organised and proactive HR professional with strong administrative capability and a keen interest in developing their HR career. They will bring experience in recruitment and HR coordination, a commitment to high standards of service delivery, and the ability to build positive relationships across the School, while upholding Oakham School’s safeguarding and compliance responsibilities Benefits Package:Pension scheme, healthcare cash plan, free meals during term time and use of pool and gym, on-site parking, cycle to work scheme, Support staff fee remission.
