This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic to effectively engage prospective parents and their families.Location: UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeRequirement: Candidate must be currently based in the UAELanguage: Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written)Working Day & Time:Mon-Thurs : 6:45AM to 3:45PMSat & Sun : 9AM to 3PMFriday : OffRole OverviewThe Marketing Executive will support the school’s growth by driving enrollment through effective marketing, parent engagement, admissions support, and brand communication. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, admissions communication, events, PR, and digital platforms to improve enquiry generation, conversion, and student retention.Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Enrollment ManagementDevelop and implement an enrollment management plan covering:Prospective parents (inquiries, follow-up, brochures, communication)Current families (surveys, re-enrollment campaigns, incentives)Exiting families (exit surveys and feedback analysis)Increase student enrollment and support retention across key transition stages.Maintain accurate and updated records of new admissions and withdrawals.Manage and update the database of prospective families and admissions leads.Prepare and submit regular enrollment reports to the school administration.Marketing & AdvertisingDevelop and execute marketing strategies and annual marketing plans with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.Develop an advertising policy with the Head and place ads in:Local newspapers, educational supplements, magazines, and school guides.Create and prepare marketing materials such as:Brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, videos, presentations, and digital content.Ensure consistent adherence to school branding and guide staff and committees on brand positioning.Events & Parent EngagementOrganize and coordinate:Open houses, school tours, and admissions events.Parent welcoming meetings and engagement programs.Build and sustain positive relationships with the parent community.Develop parent engagement strategies and ensure strong experience across all admissions and marketing touchpoints.PR, Media & CommunicationsWrite and submit press releases regularly to promote school news and achievements.Build and maintain strong relationships with traditional and online media platforms.Plan and execute PR initiatives across digital and offline channels to strengthen brand awareness.Digital Marketing & Online PresenceManage the school’s website in collaboration with IT support and vendors to ensure:Updated content, photos, videos, and user-friendly experience.Oversee social media platforms including:Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.Post updates and school news consistently across website and social media channels.Internal Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with admissions and school leadership teams, contributing best practices.Set agenda, chair, and prepare minutes for fortnightly strategic marketing meetings with Senior Leadership Team.Update internal school displays:Front hall screen (photos updated fortnightly)Marketing notice board (kept current and informative)Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing new brochures by coordinating with the Principal and Designer.Carry out any other duties assigned by school leadership as required.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or a related role.Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Experience with social media and digital marketing tools preferred.Values and Attitudes:Commitment to upholding the school’s mission of delivering quality educationPositive attitude towards challenges with problem-solving mindsetHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and
