You will bring the confidence and expertise to provide clear guidance, strategic leadership, and data-driven insight, ensuring effective interventions are in place for all learners while promoting a culture of high expectations, equity, and inclusion across reset and the wider school community. With a strong ability to identify patterns, challenge thinking, and influence others, you will use data to inform decisions and strengthen provision, playing a key role in improving outcomes and ensuring every student is supported to succeed and thrive. Our Ideal candidate will have:Collaborative Working: Experience of working collaboratively with families, staff, and external agencies to support childrenData Analysis & Insight: Data analysis experience with the ability to identify patterns and trendsBehaviour & Restorative Practice: Strong understanding of behaviour strategies and restorative approachesDe-escalation & Emotional Regulation: Skilled in de-escalation techniques and supporting emotional regulationAbout the Inclusion Team:The Inclusion Team at Weavers Academy is a dedicated and student-focused group committed to ensuring that every young person is supported to thrive both academically and personally. Working collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies, the team provides tailored support for students with a range of needs, including behavioural, emotional and attendance challenges. With a strong emphasis on early intervention, relationship-building and removing barriers to learning, the Inclusion Team plays a vital role in promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where all students feel valued, understood and empowered to succeed.
