Core Job Benefits 1. Basic Salary: Monthly pre-tax salary ranges from RMB 30,000 to 40,000, subject to interview performance. 2. Compensation Incentives: Based on performance evaluation each academic year, enjoy an annual performance bonus of 0%-200% of pre-tax monthly salary (excluding the housing allowance part of the contract salary), paid in two equal installments (August of the next academic year and March of the third year, subject to being on the job); receive longevity bonus after 2 years of service (RMB 20,000 at the 3rd academic year, RMB 50,000 at the 6th academic year, RMB 100,000 per academic year from the 11th academic year onwards). 3. Medical & Health: School covers global medical insurance premiums (up to RMB 20,000/person/year for staff, RMB 10,000/person/year for spouse, RMB 13,000/person/year for children, maximum 2 dependents); health check included in the insurance package. 7. Living Support: Free working meals on school days (Sunday dinner to Friday lunch) with standards: RMB 10 for breakfast, RMB 30 for lunch and dinner. 8.
