Our ABA Teachers play a key role in delivering high-quality instruction within an English-medium environment at our bilingual school in Thailand. This position involves planning and teaching engaging lessons, supporting students’ academic and personal growth, and working closely with Thai
co-teachers to create a cohesive bilingual learning experience. The teacher will foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture and contribute actively to school activities, professional development, and community engagement. Core Responsibilities -Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with ABA’s curriculum
and educational standards. -Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. -Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including English language learners. -Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student records in accordance with the school’s policy.
-Provide written feedback and comments on student performance at least once per semester. -Maintain classroom discipline using ABA’s approved behavior management policies (no physical discipline permitted). -Communicate regularly and professionally with parents, colleagues, and administrators. -Participate in school activities and
events, including those that may extend beyond scheduled teaching periods. -Supervise students during the school day, including breaks, field trips, and school functions. -Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues in planning, curriculum development, and student support. -Administer
quarterly assessments: Semester 1 midterm and final, and Semester 2 midterm and final. -Develop and administer subject-specific exams consistent with ABA curriculum requirements. -Report grades promptly and maintain accurate academic records. -Provide written student comments at least once per semester.

Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree (Education or subject-specific field preferred). -Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, state/provincial license, or equivalent) preferred -Previous teaching experience is preferred; international or bilingual school experience is an advantage. -Strong communication,
