This role is ideal for a nurturing and skilled practitioner who understands the importance of strong early foundations and is passionate about supporting pupils as they transition from the Early Years into more formal learning.The RoleReporting to the Phase Leader and Head of Primary, the Key Stage 1 Teacher is responsible for all aspects of teaching, learning, and assessment within a KS1 classroom. You will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that develop early literacy, numeracy, and learning behaviours, while maintaining a warm, stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
