Comprising highly skilled and experienced classroom practitioners, the team works collaboratively with Curriculum Leaders and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver high-quality provision and continuous school improvement.Leading Practitioners are responsible for modelling outstanding teaching practice, supporting curriculum development, and ensuring consistency in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
