This role does not offer sponsorship.All applicants must have a full UK Driving LicenceAbout the RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping teachers and pupils create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with teaching staff and the wider school team to support pupils in accessing the curriculum, building confidence, and achieving their individual learning and personal goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport teachers in delivering learning across a broad and balanced curriculumWork with individual pupils and small groups to support engagement and achievementAssist in the development and delivery of individual education and behaviour programmesPrepare and organise learning materials, resources, and equipmentSupport pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development using consistent positive approachesRecord educational, social, and behavioural information within agreed frameworksAssist with classroom organisation, displays, and learning environmentsSupport behaviour management in line with school policies and guidanceThis role is ideal for a caring, adaptable, and motivated individual who is passionate about helping pupils succeed academically and personally within a supportive school environment.About YouGCSEs in Maths and English, grade C/4 or aboveFull UK Driving LicenceBasic computer literacyAbility to work effectively as part of a teamAbout UsFieldstone School is an independent day school supporting some of the most vulnerable young people in society aged 5–16—students who may struggle to access mainstream education for a variety of reasons.
