Oxford High School is looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing and Communications Operations Officer.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating activity, keeping projects on track, and making sure plans turn into well-delivered work.About the RoleYou will support the delivery of the school’s marketing and communications strategy. This includes coordinating campaigns, managing schedules, supporting stakeholder communications, and helping to ensure the team works efficiently across the year.Key areas of responsibility include:Coordinating marketing campaigns across print, digital, events, and communicationsManaging timelines, task lists, and content workflowsSupporting communications with pupils, parents, staff, alumnae, and supportersHelping deliver event communications and engagement activityTracking activity, reporting on performance, and supporting continuous improvementProviding organisational and administrative support to senior marketing leadershipWhat We Are Looking ForWe are seeking someone who is:Experienced in marketing, communications, or campaign coordinationHighly organised, detail focused, and calm when managing multiple tasksConfident working with colleagues at all levelsStrong in written communication and comfortable drafting and refining contentPractical, solutions focused, and able to work independentlyExperience in education or a values-led organisation is helpful but not essentialAbout the School:Since its foundation over 150 years ago, Oxford High School has been innovative and pioneering in its approach to girls’ education.Today, Oxford High School is a happy and vibrant place to work: our students are highly motivated and ambitious, supportive yet self-aware.
