We’re looking for a Maths Teacher who can bring learning to life, build trust, and help our learners achieve meaningful progress — academically, socially and emotionally.What You’ll DoDelivering engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across KS3, KS4 and Post-16Teaching a blend of functional maths, Entry Level, GCSE (where appropriate) and real-life numeracyAdapting teaching to meet EHCP outcomes and individual learning profilesUsing creative strategies such as visual scaffolding, chunking, practical resources and overlearningEmbedding trauma-informed, low-arousal approaches to support regulation and engagementTracking progress, identifying gaps and celebrating every successBuilding strong, positive relationships that help students feel safe, confident and ready to learnWho We’re Looking ForEssential:Experience teaching or supporting Maths learningAbility to differentiate for a wide range of needsStrong relationship-building and classroom management skillsA commitment to inclusive, child-centred educationDriving licence required Desirable:QTS (or working towards it)Experience in SEN or alternative provisionExperience delivering Functional Skills, Entry Level or GCSE MathsUnderstanding of EHCPs and preparation for adulthoodAbout Us3 Dimensions School is in an exciting phase of growth and development.
