Job Summary
We are seeking qualified full-time instructors to join our SMOA Program.

You will deliver high-quality online instruction, develop courses, and fulfill teaching duties in line with our academic schedule.

Occasional on-site teaching in Beijing may be required for visa compliance.

• No concurrent teaching at other schools or online platforms during the contract term
• Compensation： $3,800 – $4,000 monthly USD （Full-time）
• Earned Sick Leave: Up to 40 hours (5 days) per year （full time teachers only）
• E arned PTO in accordance with the following policy: （full time teachers only）
• 3 months after the introduction period full time employees will begin earning PTO accruals at the rate of 15 days (120 hours) per year .

Accruals are earned on a bi-weekly basis.

• When an employee reaches their 5th year of employment, at 60 months, they will begin earning PTO accruals at the rate of 20 days (160 hours) per year.

Accruals are earned on a bi-weekly basis.

• When an employee reaches their 10th year of employment, at 120 months, they will begin earning PTO accruals at the rate of 25 days or 200 hours per year.

Accruals are earned on a bi-weekly basis.
