We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to become a vital part of our caring community and help us provide a safe and happy learning environment to every child.Whether you’re an experienced professional or just starting your career, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment where you can truly thrive.The successful candidate will work 37 hours per weekThis is a 39-week-per-year role, which includes term time plus non-pupil daysA Day in the Life:You’ll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:Overall responsibility for all work undertaken by the administrative support staff, to allocate and monitor workloads, and ensure appropriate training for all new office support staffResponsible for the identification (where appropriate) and allocation to admin staff of new tasksResponsible for the administration in relation to admissions including communication with parents/carers, providing data to Essex County CouncilWhat We’re Looking For:You are the perfect fit for our team if you have:Successful experience of administrative work in a busy office environmentExperience of development, management and operation of administrative systems and ICT packages, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to work accurately with attention to detailAbility to lead and motivate a team in a positive and successful wayWhy Choose The Sigma Trust?We believe in investing in our staff and fostering a culture of collaboration.
