An established school in the Gulf region is seeking qualified English teachers for a strong compensation package and supportive teaching environment.

This opportunity is suitable for teachers interested in primary English teaching in the Middle East. The role offers a professional teaching environment, motivated students, and a compensation package designed to attract reliable ESL teachers.

Position Overview
– School type: Academic English program
– Student ages: Kindergarten to Grade 12 learners
– Class size: Small groups to full classroom settings
– Schedule: 5 teaching days per week
– Teaching / working hours: Full-time school schedule
– Contract length: 10-12 month contract
– Start date: Immediate and upcoming starts available

Salary and Benefits
– Salary: AED 11,000-16,500 per month
– Housing: Furnished housing or housing allowance may be included
– Holidays / vacation: Paid national holidays plus school breaks
– Sick leave: Reasonable sick leave support may be included
– Main benefits: Housing support, health coverage, and contract completion bonus may be offered
– Structured curriculum and teaching materials

Teacher Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
– Bachelor’s degree preferred; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or teaching license helpful

– Professional attitude, reliable attendance, and clear lesson preparation
– Friendly personality and ability to work well with students, parents, and staff
