We are committed to providing the very best learning experiences through positive and supportive relationships.The Role: Primary Head of InclusionFor January 2027 we are seeking a passionate Primary Head of Inclusion to join our team.The Head of Inclusion is a whole Primary school middle leadership role. The key objective is to hold responsibility for overseeing and developing an inclusive school culture. The Head of Inclusion will champion equitable access to the curriculum, ensuring the barriers to learning are identified and systematically addressed through targeted, evidence-informed strategies that enable every pupil to thrive.Personal Specifications:● Qualified SEND or related qualification, with a minimum of two years teaching experience● BEd Degree with QTS or BA in Primary subject plus PGCE● Awareness of innovative thinking and practice in education● An in-depth and up to date knowledge of the English National Curriculum.● A strong personal presence and high level interpersonal skills● Excellent understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies and practicesThe successful candidate must have the following:● A B.Ed or BA degree● Proven track record in fostering a caring and supportive atmosphere.● Be a passionate educator dedicated to the well-being, social and academic progress of each student.● Experience which will make a significant contribution to the wider life of the school.If you wish to work in a school which supports and values its teachers and is described by its students as “friendly”, “fair” and “diverse”, we would like to hear from you.Application ProcessAll candidates are required to upload a comprehensive CV along with a covering letter outlining the competencies required to support their application.
