Requirements: • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field • Has at least 2 years of experience teaching primary-aged students. • Demonstrates strong classroom practice and a good understanding of child development • Believes in student-centred,

inquiry-based, and differentiated learning • Is reflective, collaborative, and committed to continuous professional growth • Can contribute positively to a warm, professional, and team-oriented school culture • Has experience in an international school or with an international or Finnish-inspired curriculum
