Queen Elizabeth’s School, Dubai Sports City is a fully inclusive school supporting students with a diverse range of needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist educator to make a meaningful impact by supporting students academically, socially, emotionally and physically, ensuring they are able to access the curriculum, participate fully in school life, and exceed their individual potential.You will work closely with class teachers, the wider Inclusion Team, and families to design, deliver and evaluate high-quality inclusion support and interventions. The role involves supporting inclusive classroom practice, delivering targeted interventions, and ensuring that students with additional learning needs are able to develop the skills, confidence and strategies required to thrive within the primary curriculum and make strong progress in their learning.The Role Job Title: Primary Inclusion Teacher Reporting to: Director of InclusionStudent SupportIdentify, assess, and support students of determination and students with additional learning needs.Develop, implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), learning targets, and support strategies.Provide in-class support, small group intervention, and/or targeted withdrawal support as appropriate.Work collaboratively with class teachers and families to support students academically, socially, emotionally and physically.Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in line with school and KHDA expectations.Teaching & LearningAdapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs within the primary classroom.Use evidence-based interventions and inclusive teaching practices.Support differentiation and inclusive practice across classrooms.Work alongside teachers to ensure students of determination are able to access the curriculum and participate fully in learning.Assessment & Planning• Conduct baseline assessments to place students on appropriate support pathways.• Monitor progress and maintain comprehensive records of student development.• Prepare written reports and contribute to Individual Education Plans and support planning.Professional Engagement• Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and families to support student progress.• Stay updated on current research and best practices in inclusive learning and teaching.• Participate in school-wide inclusion initiatives, CPD, and cross-departmental planning.Safeguarding & Compliance• Ensure all teaching practices reflect the school’s safeguarding and child protection policies.• Maintain compliance with KHDA, MOE, and school-wide inclusion frameworks and reporting requirements.The PersonQualifications and ExperienceQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualificationSEN/Inclusion qualification or postgraduate
