Hello, I am looking for a dedicated English Speaking Coach (Learning Mate) who can help me overcome “English phobia” and achieve fluent daily conversation within one year.

1.

Role & Responsibilities
Speaking-focused training: Practical conversation practice (No grammar/vocab drills).

Psychological Leading: Create a positive, comfortable environment for a student with severe shyness.

Daily Management: Routine building, daily KakaoTalk missions, and schedule management.

Customization: Role-playing based on my specific interests.

Qualifications
Native or Gypsy/Kyopo with fluent Korean communication skills (Required).

Personality: Highly energetic, extroverted, and patient (MBTI ‘E’ preferred).

Skills: Great at giving positive reactions and encouraging the student.

Preferred: Experience in overcoming student anxiety or specialized speaking coaching.

3.

Schedule & Location
Time: Mon-Fri, 07:00 AM – 08:00 AM (During commute).

Format: Remote (Video/Phone) + Once a month Offline Face-to-Face Session.

4.

Compensation
Base Salary: 30,000,000 KRW / year (2.5M KRW/month).

Success Bonus: 6,000,000 KRW (20% of base) upon reaching the goal within 1 year.
