We challenge our students to think independently, lead with purpose, and embrace a global perspective—all within a community that values tradition, discipline, and innovation.By blending the timeless values of our founding school with the opportunities of a rapidly evolving world, we ignite curiosity, inspire ambition, and prepare our students to make meaningful contributions to society—as scholars, leaders, and changemakers.The OpportunityQueen Elizabeth’s School, Gurugram is seeking an experienced and culturally aware Programme Coordinator to lead and oversee the Korean and Japanese Mother Tongue Programmes.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and promoting high-quality language and cultural learning opportunities for students while ensuring strong engagement with families, staff, and the wider school community.This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, internationally minded professional with strong communication and leadership skills who is passionate about multilingual education and cultural preservation.The RoleJob Title: Programme Coordinator – Japanese & Korean Mother Tongue ProgrammeProgramme Leadership & CoordinationCoordinate the day-to-day operation of the Korean and Japanese Mother Tongue Programmes.Support the strategic development and growth of both programmes.Work closely with school leadership to ensure alignment with the wider academic vision of the school.Coordinate timetables, staffing, student groupings, and programme logistics.Monitor programme quality, consistency, and student engagement.Support recruitment and onboarding of language teaching staff where required.Curriculum & Academic OversightSupport the development and implementation of age-appropriate language and cultural learning experiences.Ensure programmes promote high standards of teaching and learning.Collaborate with teachers to develop resources, assessment approaches, and enrichment opportunities.Monitor student progress and ensure appropriate reporting processes are in place.Parent & Community EngagementServe as the key point of contact for Korean and Japanese programme families.Build positive relationships with parents and guardians.Coordinate communication regarding programme updates, events, and student progress.Support the organisation of cultural events, performances, and community engagement initiatives.Strengthen partnerships with local Korean and Japanese communities where appropriate.Student Experience & EnrichmentPromote student wellbeing, inclusion, and cultural identity.Coordinate cultural celebrations, assemblies, and enrichment opportunities.Encourage participation in language-related activities and events.Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Operations ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate programme records and enrolment data.Support staffing coordination and scheduling.Assist with budgeting and resource planning.Ensure compliance with school safeguarding, health and safety, and operational procedures.Support reporting and programme evaluation processes.Professional EngagementParticipate in meetings, school initiatives, and professional development activities.Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, leadership teams, and external stakeholders.Contribute positively to the wider school culture and community.The PersonQualifications and Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, International Education, or a related field.· Experience working within international schools or multilingual educational environments.· Experience coordinating educational programmes or academic initiatives.· Strong understanding of language-learning and cultural enrichment programmes.· Experience working with Korean and/or Japanese communities is
