Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Attendance at INSET and open mornings is also required. Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive Finance Team at St George’s Weybridge. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a busy school finance environment, managing supplier payments and supporting financial operations. You will work closely with colleagues across the School, contributing to accurate financial reporting and gaining exposure to wider finance processes, including budget monitoring. This role offers both responsibility and development within a collaborative team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, have strong attention to detail and be highly organised. The ability to manage workload, including managing multiple stakeholders, and meeting strict deadlines is also a must. Experience of working within an educational environment would be advantageous.
