Position: School Admissions Officer POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Officer
is an ambassador for the school. The primary focus of this role is to drive school growth by guiding prospective families through the admissions journey, nurturing leads, and converting initial enquiries into formal enrolments. Alongside these outward-facing duties, the successful
candidate will support administrative and front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders; QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor’s degree in any field -Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai -Experience in International School/related processes is a plus. -Fluent
in English (speaking, reading, and writing) -Proactive, and adaptable and good team player -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and –Google Docs/Sheets/Slides KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Front Office & Customer Service -Provide a professional, welcoming reception service for students, parents, staff, and
visitors -Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families and manage the enquiry-to-enrollment process -Respond professionally to inquiries and concerns via phone, email, Line, and Facebook -Maintain excellent telephone manners and ensure efficient call handling and routing -Be
positive, welcoming, and presentable when interacting with all visitors -Present accurate and detailed information about school operations and policies -Support the School Receptionist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient reception area 2. Admissions & Enrollment -Process new student applications
and ensure all required documents are complete -Conduct school tours for prospective families -Manage the full admissions pipeline from inquiry to successful registration -Prepare invoices, payment slips, and receipts for parents -Maintain accurate enrollment records and student registration status 3.
Student Records & Registrar Duties -Maintain and update student records in SIS systems (PowerSchool / Open Apply) -Process enrollment, withdrawal, grade updates, and demographic changes -Generate transcripts, certificates, and official student documents upon request -Prepare enrollment reports and student statistics
-Maintain confidentiality of all student and parent information 4. Communication & Coordination -Liaise between parents, teachers, and internal departments -Provide accurate information regarding school policies and procedures -Coordinate communication between Thai and international stakeholders -Assist with student attendance enquiries and
general school information -Ensure smooth coordination of school operations across departments -Assist in major school events (Open House, Orientation, etc.). -Support documentation, procurement requests, and reporting for ongoing projects.
