The Learning Support Assistant will be required to establish a constructive relationship with the child where he/she is encouraged to interact with others and engage in classroom activities and set challenging and demanding expectations that promote self-esteem and independence.We are a multi-cultural organisation that embraces diversity and provides a friendly and informal work environment.About youThe ideal candidate would have some experience working with children ; have an understanding of how to provide support to SEND pupils to achieve the very best outcomes; some experience of working in an educational setting and above all, a supportive and sensitive approach to children with specific needs.We are a British international school and all of our lessons are taught in English, therefore a high standard of written and spoken English is essential for all positions.In returnOur tax-free salary and benefits package is recognised as one of the best in the Middle East.
