To support the Physical Education department by assisting with various tasks and activities related to the delivery of physical education programsKey Relationships (Internal and External): Teachers, Students, Parents, Principal and other members of the School Senior Leadership TeamKey Accountabilities:· Work with individual or small groups of children as directed by the subject teacher/s.· Assist the PE teacher in planning and preparing for physical education lessons and activities.· Support the implementation of physical education curriculum and instructional materials under the guidance of the PE teacher.· Supervise and provide guidance to students during PE classes, ensuring their safety and adherence to rules and regulations.· Organize and set up equipment and materials needed for PE lessons and activities.· Demonstrate and instruct students on proper techniques and skills related to various physical activities and sports.· Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress during PE classes, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.· Assist in maintaining accurate records of student attendance, participation, and performance in PE activities.· Collaborate with the PE teacher to develop and implement strategies for student behavior management and discipline.· Assist in organizing and coordinating school-wide sports events, tournaments, and extracurricular activities.· Provide support during physical fitness assessments, helping with data collection and record-keeping.· Help maintain a clean and organized PE facility, ensuring the proper storage and maintenance of equipment.· Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering
