Swimming TeacherCasual; various hours availableClosing date: Friday 15 May 2026Rate: £25 per hourHaileybury is seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Swimming Teachers to join the Haileybury Swim Academy, inspiring swimmers of all ages to build confidence, develop essential skills, and enjoy the water.RoleIn this role, you will deliver high-quality, engaging swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities, with a focus on children aged 3–15. Working with small groups and following the Swim England Learn to Swim framework, you will create a safe and positive atmosphere where every student feels comfortable, motivated, and able to progress. You will ensure lessons run smoothly and on time, while also tracking each swimmer’s development using our poolside tablet and app.We are seeking someone who holds an SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming qualification and brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching. You should enjoy working with young people, have a keen eye for detail, and be committed to delivering an outstanding experience for every swimmer.The post-holder will be employed by Haileybury on a zero-hours contract. We are seeking a Swimming Teacher with good availability throughout the week, currently with a particular requirement to provide cover on Tuesdays (5:00 pm – 7:00 pm) and Fridays (4:00 pm – 7:00 pm).Please see the candidate brief for further information.About HaileyburyHaileybury is an outstanding independent co-educational boarding and day school of around 900 pupils aged 11 to 18.
