Teaching/living support for the entire duration of your working contract with SIE Job Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning experiences with clearly established objectives using the provided textbook and learning materials Participate in extracurricular events, social activities, and teacher departmental meetings as required by the school Be familiar with and able to use relevant technology to support instruction and present lessons Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am—6:00 pm, with a 2-hour lunch break. There is a maximum of 18 teaching hours per week (the actual workload will be between 8 and 10 hours/week for kindergartens, 13-15 hours for primary to high schools). Each lesson is 20 – 30 minutes for kindergartens and 40- 45 minutes for primary to high schools. Student Age: 3 – 6/7-12/13-15/15-18, Class size: avg. 15-25 for kindergartens and 35-45 for primary to high schools. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related subject 120-Hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certification Clean health/criminal background to obtain a Chinese work visa(Z visa) Experience Requirements: 0-3 years, depending on qualifications (1 -2 years preferred) Additional Requirements Independent and outgoing personalities preferred.
