We’re looking for someone patient and super-organised to work in our Bricklaying and Maintenance team to teach on our Maintenance courses.In maintenance you will cover some or all of Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting and Decorating. You don’t need any teaching experience / qualifications for this role, but you’ll need some industry experience in maintenance. You’ll need to be… organised and reliable supportive, patient and approachable confident with industry-specific tools and machinery, with a great knack for explaining things simply and clearly flexible and happy muck to in and do what’s needed knowledgeable about / experienced in some of or all of Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting and Decorating, bricklayingWhat you’ll be doing… Teaching apprentices and full time students in how to carry out maintenance tasks in Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting and Decorating, bricklaying Creating and designing resources for use in teaching Assessing learners and giving feedback Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional learning experiences In return, you’ll get… £36.85 per hour (inclusive of market forces supplement) a whopping 28% pension.
