Willem Potgieter is a passionate and highly experienced English language educator with over 10 years of teaching and leadership experience in international education. Currently teaching English as a Second Language at Maximo Nivel in Cusco, Peru, Willem specializes in creating engaging, student-centered lessons that accommodate diverse learning styles and promote meaningful communication.
He previously served as English and Communication Educator for 7th and 8th-grade students at Picacho McGregor School in Mexico, where he developed dynamic lesson plans focused on language proficiency, effective communication, and building student confidence. His earlier role as School Principal and English Teacher at DD Dragon Education further strengthened his ability to design curriculum, foster inclusive learning environments, and lead educational teams.
Holding an Advanced Diploma of Educational Studies in ESL (2014), Willem combines strong pedagogical knowledge with creativity, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking.
