I have been recruiting for over 20 years and the post pandemic ESL world is one of the most toxic environments to navigate ever. On this website you will find thousands of jobs worldwide as well as online with contact information. This is very much on purpose as it takes about two to 8 weeks or sometimes longer to get somebody paired up with some schools or a school, get them a visa, get their bags packed, get them on a plane, and supporting them for a year or more of their life. People would accuse us all the time of paying for our services and then losing their patience after two weeks or so and throwing a temper tantrum throwing a whole wrench in their placement process. Basically they burn their own bridge. Now people can apply directly themselves and see first hand the challenges of getting a job although I hope they are successful.
