Plaxedes Muringani
Profile
Dedicated and results-driven educator with a master’s degree in education and an Advanced Diploma in TEFL, with a strong background in teaching English and supporting language development. I am qualified to teach IELTS and secondary school learners, with extensive teaching practice experience gained throughout my Bachelor of Education degree. I have both pre and post graduate experience teaching Grades 8–9 English and O-Level Religious Studies, as well as over six years of tutoring Educational Psychology and Sociology while I was a student. I am passionate about English language acquisition and supporting learners from diverse linguistic backgrounds, and I can also teach social sciences. My calm demeanour and ability to work under pressure enable me to create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where students can build confidence and improve their language skills. I adapt my teaching strategies to meet individual needs, ensuring all learners can succeed. Committed to inclusive education, I strive to inspire students in their English learning journey while fostering strong communication and collaboration with learners, parents, and colleagues.
