Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching ESL, particularly to kids and teens. Experience with corporate/business English is highly desirable. Education: University degree and a recognized teaching certification (CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, or equivalent). Language: Native or near-native proficiency with a clear, neutral accent. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create interactive lessons.
