This is a hands-on leadership role that combines teaching, mentoring, and strategic oversight. A full-time Director of Studies will: Oversee the academic quality and consistency of all teaching across the school Support, mentor, and develop the teaching team through observations, feedback, and training Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons as part of the teaching schedule Coordinate timetables and ensure effective course planning Lead regular training sessions and professional development initiatives Collaborate closely with both the school and didactic teams Monitor student progress and ensure high standards of academic achievement Plan and oversee English-language events and student engagement activities Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional school environment Who Were Looking For Were looking for a strong academic leader who combines professionalism with enthusiasm and a genuine passion for education.
