Required Degrees: teaching Fields of Expertise: Elementary, Details: Job descriptions Provides professional classroom instruction at the early childhood level. Will specialize in multiple topics/subjects. Will participate in co-planning and co-teaching. Will contribute to the overall school program and will develop the school’s operational culture. • Performs daily classroom teaching activities and participates in planning of instructional practices that best support student learning • Works closely with students, parents, and colleagues to develop the student’s Individual Learning Plan (ILP) ensuring understanding, agreement, and support of all stakeholders. • Acts as an active member of the learning community and participates in assessing and developing it. • Regularly evaluates student progress using research-based formative and summative assessment practices. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent. An advanced educational degree is desirable. • Previous teaching experience with specialization in early childhood education development and instruction. • Previous experience working in a dynamic educational environment • Knowledge of relevant curriculum and instructional strategies.
