Salary Range : 3333.33 – 5000 USD /Month Job Location : Nanjing Job Type : Full Time Work Experience : ≥3 year(s) Job DescriptionAbout Recruiter A-Level International High School English / IELTS Teacher Nanjing, China | Mid of August 2026 Start 20,000 – 30,000 RMB/month + Housing + Full Paid Holidays Position Overview We are seeking a qualified English / IELTS Teacher to support high school students (Grade 10–12) in developing their academic English proficiency and preparing for international examinations. the focus is on: • IELTS preparation • Academic English (EAP / ESL at high school level) • Candidates with IELTS teaching experience, (or examiner background) will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Deliver IELTS and academic English lessons to high school students • Design engaging and structured lesson plans aligned with A-Level pathways • Support students in improving listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills • Provide feedback, assessments, and progress tracking • Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment • Participate in teaching-related meetings and school activities when required Working Schedule • Monday to Friday • Maximum 20 teaching periods per week • Each class: 40 minutes • Class size: 20–30 students Requirements: • Under 50years • Bachelor’s degree or above • Native English speaker from Native English Speaking Contries • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience high school level • Strong background in IELTS teaching (highly preferred) • IELTS examiner experience is a strong advantage • TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent certification preferred • Energetic, professional, and strong classroom management skills • Able to start mid-August 2026 Salary & Benefits • Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 RMB (before tax) • Free private apartment provided • Flight allowance: 8,000 RMB • Fully paid winter & summer holidays (6–8 weeks total) • Medical insurance provided • Work visa sponsorship and full support • Interview travel reimbursement (for local candidates, if applicable) Job highlights Work visa Paid annual leave Air travel allowance Free apartment Language • English, Native
