Primary Coordinator and Homeroom Teache

Required Degrees: Bachelor’s degree in Education or PGCE / PGDE Fields of Expertise: Elementary, Curriculum Developer, Summer Camps, Curriculum Coordinator Details: We are seeking an experienced and academically driven Primary Coordinator to support curriculum quality, teaching standards, and academic coordination across our Primary section (KS1–KS2). This is a middle-leadership role combining Homeroom teaching with coordination and supervisory responsibilities. Ideal for educators with 3+ years of British curriculum experience and a background as Key Stage Leader, HoD, or Academic Coordinator. Key Responsibilities – Teach as a Primary Homeroom Teacher, delivering rigorous, standards-aligned instruction in core subjects – Coordinate and support curriculum planning across Primary year groups (KS1–KS2) – Oversee Schemes of Work, assessment systems, and academic standards within the Primary section – Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to support teacher development – Support the implementation of assessment frameworks (CAT4, GL, MAP preferred) – Lead and deliver PD workshops for Primary teaching staff – Monitor student progress data and implement academic intervention strategies – Support quality assurance and academic reporting – Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team on school improvement initiatives – Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and curriculum matters
