We’re looking for a passionate Online ESL Teacher for IT Professionals to join our international team.

• Design and implement structured lesson plans tailored to learners’ goals and proficiency levels.

• Track student progress and report outcomes using our CRM system.

• Participate in regular teacher training workshops to sharpen your skills and stay current with best practices.

• Represent at events and special projects as a brand ambassador.

• Create content (articles, social media posts, videos) to grow our presence in professional communities.

• Contribute to promotional campaigns across various platforms.

• Higher education degree in linguistics, education, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to adults.

• An internationally recognized teaching certificate (TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent).

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with diverse, international learners.

• Strong self-management: you can work independently, stay organized, and adapt to different teaching contexts.

• Experience creating content for social media or online platforms.

• Interest in emerging trends in EdTech and digital education tools.

• Creative mindset for developing fresh, engaging lesson formats.

• Flexible schedule — 16 to 36 hours per week.

We prefer full-time collaboration and typically start new teachers with 2–3 groups, then add more based on your preference and availability.
