About You: As the Head of Geography at Ellis Guilford School you will:Be resilient and relentless in the pursuit of ‘EGScellence’.Have a passion for Geography and an in-depth knowledge of the curriculum to lead a high performing department.Be an inspirational leader, supporting colleagues to produce the best possible lessons and activities that will enthuse and challenge students, delivering highly successful outcomes.Drive curriculum development to create a progressive and valuable learning experience.Have a track record of producing exceptional results at Key Stage 4.Have a strong commitment to our school values of integrity, ambition and equality. Requirements: To apply for the Head of Geography opportunity you must have:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a relevant field.Recent successful experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Geography.The ability to create innovate resources and learning opportunities to engage learners.
