ICT & Robotics Teacher Beaconhouse Yamsaard International School (BYIS), Bangkok Position Overview Beaconhouse Yamsaard International School (BYIS) is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative ICT & Robotics Teacher to join our growing international school community. The successful candidate will inspire students

from Primary through engaging lessons in digital literacy, coding, robotics, computational thinking, and emerging technologies. The teacher will play a key role in developing students’ 21st-century skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and responsible digital citizenship. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Learning •

Teach ICT and Robotics lessons from Year 1 to Year 7. • Deliver engaging lessons in: o Digital Literacy o Coding and Programming o Robotics and Engineering Design o Computational Thinking o Artificial Intelligence awareness o Internet Safety and Digital

Citizenship • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. • Integrate technology across the curriculum where appropriate. Robotics & Innovation • Develop and maintain the school’s Robotics Programme. • Organize robotics competitions and STEM events. • Support coding

clubs and enrichment activities. • Manage robotics equipment, devices, and makerspace resources. • Introduce students to problem-solving through project-based learning. Technology Support • Assist teachers in integrating educational technology into lessons. • Support the implementation of learning platforms and digital

tools. • Provide basic troubleshooting support for classroom technology. Assessment & Reporting • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback. • Maintain accurate assessment records. • Prepare reports for parents and school leadership. • Participate in Parent-Teacher Conferences. School Contribution

• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions. • Support school events, open houses, and community activities. • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Education, or

related field. • Teaching qualification or teaching license. • Experience teaching ICT, Computing, Coding, or Robotics. • Strong English communication skills. • Experience with educational technology and digital learning tools. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in an international school. • Experience

with: o Scratch o Micro:bit o LEGO Education o VEX Robotics o Python o Arduino o AI tools for education • Experience teaching Primary and Lower Secondary students. • Knowledge of the UK Curriculum and Computing Framework. Desired Personal Qualities
