The successful candidate will teach small-group English Conversation courses as well as other related English courses.

II.

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must:
– Be a native English speaker who is a citizen of an English-speaking country.

– Be legally residing in Korea and eligible to work under Article 18 of the Immigration Control Act.

– Have extensive experience and knowledge in teaching English as a second language (ESL) to university or secondary school students.

– Have a clean national criminal record and be able to provide apostilled or Korean
Consulate-certified documents, if required.

III.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

(2) A copy of Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree certificate(s)
(3) A copy of undergraduate and/or graduate transcripts
(4) A copy of employment certificate(s) issued by current and/or previous employer(s)
(5) A copy of the Alien Registration Card (ARC)

VII.

SALARY AND TEACHING HOURS
◼ Monthly salary of 2,700,000 ~ 2,850,000 won.

◼ A hired teacher is expected to teach up to 26 hours per week during each 13-week semester.

◼ During the summer and winter recesses, instructors are required to teach up to 40 hours during each recess.

VIII.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
(1) The initial employment contract is for one year and may be renewed based on
performance evaluation.

(2) Housing is not provided.

(3) The University reserves the right not to fill the position if no suitable candidate is
identified.
