to. Salary, Bonuses & Financial Benefits • Base Salary: 48,000 THB A small, refundable security deposit is deducted during the 90-day probation period • 12-month contract (paid for all months) • Employment Continuity Bonus: 1,250 THB/month, accumulated and paid in

full at contract completion • End-of-Contract Bonus: 10,000 – 40,000 THB, based on service and performance • Work Permit — fully covered by the school • Annual Salary Increase: Guaranteed 2–3%, performance-based • Paid School Breaks (after probation): April: 14-30

assigned classroom • Co-teaching with Thai teachers • Teaching is limited to your assigned class only • Opportunities to teach extra classes for additional income Required Qualifications • Experience teaching multiple subjects in English • Bachelor’s degree (any field) •

TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE, PGCEi, or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification. • Patient, caring, and professional Additional Notes • 60-90 day probation period • Participation in up to 5 school events per year (may include weekends) • Visa & work
