Held position of Sales agent, shortly thereafter promoted to Sales Manager. Provided excellent customer
service and exceeded store sales goals during my tenure. I was Responsible for the sales and direct
marketing of Maui Island activities, resort vacation ownership tour bookings as well as rental/retail sales.
2005-2009 Beach Activities of Maui:
Acted as sales consultant then sales manager with the company. Responsible for sales and direct marketing
of high end Absolutely natural brand suncare products, Maui Jim eye wear and various Luxury Island
activities. Provided exceptional customer service/ sales. Managed resort beach and pool retail/rental sales at
The Sheraton at Black rock, Marriott Kaanapali resort and club.
2004-technician/owner: Rocket Computers
Owned and operated a computer repair and consultation business. Made house calls, troubleshooting
customers’ PC’s suggested replacements of various PC components. Also, Upgraded customers PC’s
removal of viruses/adware/spyware and installed wireless networks. Offering custom built computer
systems.
1997-2004 Customer Service/Sun care products sales representative/supervisor, Caribbean Pacific International
Responsible for the promotion and direct marketing and distribution of a unique line of sun care products. I
promoted these products via direct marketing at various resorts throughout Palm Desert California, Orlando
Florida and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. I aided in the startup of the Cabo San Lucas area, during which time
I lived and worked in the region for approx 1.5 yrs.
