The role will involve a combination of office working, remote working and field working within our partner schools.You will spearhead the implementation and delivery of our expanding teaching pathway, utilising apprenticeship frameworks to provide a robust, progressive developmental route for those supporting and leading learning across the region.This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence and system leadership. Key areas of focus include:Overseeing our Level 3 and Level 5 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships, ensuring they seamlessly align with our enhanced teaching pathway.Delivering a gold-standard experience centered around the rigorous and highly-regarded KMT curriculum.Acting as a catalyst for change within a high-performing team, influencing regional educational standards and workforce development.This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader to drive systemic change. You will not only manage a programme but will also actively define the trajectory of vocational teacher training within a successful, forward-thinking institute.We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in educational leadership or apprenticeship delivery.
