• Candidates with experience teaching Business English to adults are preferred.

• The hiring process includes two interviews and structured training.

• After the first interview, candidates will observe three classes taught by experienced native teachers.

• Selected teachers may be invited to participate in regular training sessions during an additional semester.

• After final acceptance, teachers will observe two additional classes in the new semester for further training.
