Early Years Teacher Prasarnmit Primary International Programme, BangkokPrasarnmit Primary International Programme is seeking an enthusiastic, fully qualified, and inspiring Teacher to join our Early Years team in August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into a warm, supportive, and well-resourced environment without delay.Our Early Years department caters to children aged 3-5 years, providing a safe, stimulating, and play-based setting where curiosity is encouraged, and every child is valued as an individual. We are looking for a teacher who can combine creativity with structure, build strong relationships with children and parents, and bring a sense of fun to every day.QualificationsBachelor of Education (Honours) with QTS or equivalent (e.g., PGCE/i, PGDE)Additional Early Years-specific training or qualifications are highly desirableMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan, deliver, and assess engaging, play-based learning experiences that support all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.Create a caring and stimulating classroom with age-appropriate resources that promote independence and exploration.Carry out regular observations and assessments to track progress and inform planning.Maintain close communication with parents, providing both written reports and informal updates on children’s progress and well-being.Work closely with co-teachers and the Early Years team to ensure consistency and high standards of care and learning.Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development, including helping them develop routines, self-care skills, and positive relationships.Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and safeguarding at all times.Participate in whole-school events, Early Years performances, and parent workshops.Skills & AttributesA deep understanding of how very young children learn through play and exploration.Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports EAL learners.Strong classroom management skills with a gentle, supportive approach.Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Flexibility, patience, and creativity when adapting activities to meet individual needs.Experience or knowledge of Read Write Inc. phonics (or similar) is an advantage.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of teaching experience in an Early Years/Nursery setting.Fluent English speaker.Up-to-date DBS or police clearance to work with children.Knowledge of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage is essential; experience with the IPC is advantageous.Experience supporting EAL learners is beneficial.Contract & Benefits2-year renewable contractCompetitive salary (paid in Thai Baht)Accommodation allowanceThai teaching license and visa providedHealth insurance allowanceWorking-day lunches providedOngoing professional development opportunitiesInterviews will be conducted via Zoom or in person for candidates residing in Bangkok.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Join us in shaping the very first chapter of a child’s educational journey, and help our little learners take their first steps towards a bright future!
