Our partner school is hiring ESL teachers for a structured program with curriculum support and stable teaching hours.

Position Overview
– School type: Private school
– Student ages: Children and teenagers
– Class size: 12-24 students
– Schedule: Afternoon/evening classes may be included
– Teaching / working hours: 20-25 teaching hours per week
– Contract length: One-year contract with renewal option
– Start date: Immediate and upcoming starts available

Salary and Benefits
– Salary: ₩2.4-3.3 million per month
– Housing: School may assist with housing search
– Holidays / vacation: Paid national holidays plus school breaks
– Sick leave: Sick leave included according to local labor rules
– Main benefits: Contract completion bonus, flight support, and training materials may be offered
– Performance or renewal bonus may be available
– Health insurance or medical support depending on local policy
– Structured curriculum and teaching materials

Teacher Responsibilities
– Teach engaging English lessons using provided or approved materials
– Help students improve speaking, listening, reading, writing, phonics, grammar, or conversation skills

– Communicate professionally with school staff and follow school policies

Candidate Profile
– Bachelor’s degree preferred; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or teaching license helpful
– Teaching certificate or classroom experience preferred
– Native or fluent English ability with clear communication skills
– Professional attitude, reliable attendance, and clear lesson preparation
– Friendly personality and ability to work well with students, parents, and staff
