Follow on Job CoachPermanent, 52 weeks per year37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)Salary- Band 4, point 53- £32,623Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of autistic young people?Ambitious College is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Follow-On Job Coach to provide crucial support for our interns/graduates as they transition from oursupported internships into the workplace.
