Early Childhood Teacher – Mixed Age (Waldorf-Inspired) Tawan Sprouts – Bangkok, Thailand About Us Tawan Sprouts is the social-enterprise branch of Borderless360, a community initiative that combines education, care and creativity to bring people together across cultures. We offer Waldorf-inspired
programmes for young children and therapeutic art for adults, and our income supports refugee education programmes in Thailand and beyond. We are still small but steadily growing and are looking for a teacher who shares our belief that education can
heal, connect and transform. The Position We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Bangkok. You will help hold a gentle, nurturing environment for children aged 1.5 – 6 years of age, working closely with colleagues
and families to support each child’s social, emotional and creative development. You will also have opportunities to learn and grow within the Waldorf approach through mentorship and training. Key Responsibilities o Plan and lead classroom activities that foster free play,
imaginative learning and socio-emotional skills. o Care for individual children with empathy and consistency o Collaborate with colleagues and parents to cultivate a supportive community spirit. o Organise and plan seasonal festivals, teacher study sessions and community events. o Contribute
ideas and energy as part of a small start-up team shaping a growing centre. Requirements o Fluent in English (knowledge of Thai or another language will be an advantage) o Early Childhood training or experience required; previous Waldorf experience preferred.
o Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and diverse families and children including some who may be neurodivergent. o Enthusiasm, creativity and flexibility to grow with a young organisation. o A person of integrity and a team
player. o Genuine interest in healing-centred education and social impact. Working Hours & Conditions o Full time position, 5 days between Monday and Saturday (approx.. 8:00am – 4:00pm) with occasional community events and/ or parent meetings. o Class Sizes: small
mixed-age groups (between 1.5-6 years of age) o Contract duration: One year renewable with a 3 month probation period o Location: Bangkok, Thailand o Start date: May 2026 o Compensation: Remuneration aligned with experience and non-profit scale, with potential for
