Responsibility and Key Tasks SEND Teaching and Learning – Work closely with the SENDCO and SEND team to support the educational and social development of students with SEND, providing support as needed. – Implement agreed learning activities or teaching programmes,

adapting them to meet students’ individual needs, with a focus on speaking, listening, reading, writing, mathematics and social and emotional needs. – Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations for behaviour and

academic engagement. – Collaborate with class teachers and the SENDCO to develop, adapt, and deliver programs of learning activities and materials suitable for bilingual contexts. – Provide one-on-one and group support to help SEND students fully participate in classroom activities,

ensuring inclusivity and accessibility. – Encourage students to interact and work cooperatively with others while engaging in planned activities.
