( Teachers already in Japan preferred )
Job details: Professional educators with a sincere love for teaching who are passionate about instructing preschoolers and kindergarteners through a variety of play-based techniques and who support the expansion and improvement of the school.

Starting Date: JUNE 20th – JULY 20th – SEPTEMBER 21tst & OCTOBER 5th (2026)
(1-2 year contracts)
Location: NIIGATA, GUNMA, & TOCHIGI (JAPAN)
Employment Status: Full-time Preschool English Teachers
Salary:
¥220,000 to 240,000 yen (per month before taxes) based on experience and teaching license.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
1.

Solid understanding of how to teach preschool and kindergarten children.

2.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related fields.

3.

Teaching license/certificate preferred.

4.

Prior classroom experience in teaching in a preschool or kindergarten setting.

5.

Solid understanding of ECE teaching methodologies.

6.

Design and implement engaging and age-appropriate play-based English lessons fostering curiosity and interest in the students.

7.

Work collaboratively with other teachers in planning and delivering excellent English lessons.

8.

Lead or assist in leading a homeroom class and other school responsibilities.

9.

Attend all teachers’ meetings.

10.

Strong creativity in arts and crafts, and the energy to actively engage and play with the children.
